ANDA PANEER PULAO
ANDA PANEER PULAO
Ingredients:
- Boiled Eggs 6
- Chopped onion 3
- Small cardamom 4
- Chopped green chilies 8
- Oil 1 cup
- Rice 1 cup
- Cottage cheese 2 packets
- Mint leaves ½ bunch
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- For stock:
- Garlic 1
- Onion 1
- Big cardamom 4
- Water 4 cups
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- To prepare stock, take 4 cups oil in the pan , garlic, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tbsp coriander seeds, 1 onion, big cardamom and some salt. Cook it and when the stock is prepared take out all the spices.Soak 3 cups of water. Now take 1 cup oil in a pan and fry chopped onion till it is golden brown. Take out half of the fried onion on the paper and in the remaining onion add in 3 tbsp yogurt, 1tbsp ginger garlic paste and 4 small chopped cardamom. Cook it ad add stock in it. When stock come to boil add in rice and salt. Cover the pan and let it cook. When the water start drying, in the meanwhile cut boiled eggs. Heat some oil in the frying pan and add in cottage cheese, slightly fry 8 green chilies. dish out the rice. Put some egg slices, cottage cheese and green chilies on it. Garnish it with fried onion and serve.
