Crispy Chicken Sour Sour Style
Crispy Chicken Sour & Sour Style

Ingredients
- Chicken boneless ½ kg
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper ¼ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- White vinegar 1 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Oil for fry
- Ingredients for Sauce
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Spring onion chopped 1
- Garlic chopped 2 cloves
- Green chilies chopped 2
- Ginger chopped 1 piece
- Chicken stock 1 cup
- White vinegar 3 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Worchester shire sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
Method
- Cut ½ kg chicken into strips, marinate with salt to taste, ¼ tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 egg, 3 tbsp flour and 2 tbsp corn flour. Deep fry till golden brown. Remove from pan and keep aside.
- In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil, add 1 piece of chopped ginger, 2 cloves of chopped garlic and 2 chopped green chilies. Fry well till golden brown.
- Now add 1 chopped spring onion, 1 cup chicken stock, 3 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp Worchester shire sauce, salt to taste, 2 tbsp sugar and 3 tbsp tomato ketchup.
- Cook till it comes to a boil. Thicken sauce with 1 tbsp corn flour paste. Now add fried chicken and mix for few seconds.Dish it out and serve hot.

Chicken jalfrezi Indian style

Ingredients:
- Chicken breast 2
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Finely chopped capsicum 1
- Boiled and chopped tomatoes 3
- Finely chopped coriander 2-3
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Ginger 1 medium sized piece
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Whole cumin 1 tsp
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Nutmeg and mace powder ½ tsp
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:-
- Cut the breast fillet into cubes.Heat 3-4 tbsp of oil in a wok and fry the chopped ginger and 2-3 cloves of garlic until the color starts to change.Add 1finely chopped onion and 1tsp whole cumin seeds. Fry until the onions become translucent and change color.
- Add 1 finely chopped green and red capsicum along with the cubed chicken fillets and 3 boiled and chopped tomatoes. Fry for 2-3 minutes.Add 1tsp red chili powder,1tsp coriander powder,1tsp cumin powder,1tsp turmeric powder,1/2tsp all spice powder,1/2tsp nutmeg and mace powder, salt as required and finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes.Dish out and serve with cumin flavored rice or boiled rice.

Pasta with corn in Indian style

Now a days different kinds of pastas are available in the market among them soy pasta is the best!!! The other grain pastas are also good, here you can see the information of nutrient facts in a dry pasta, the good thing about pastas is they give you minimum of 8% fiber. Athletes eat pasta when they are preparing for a marathon, this is because the starch in the pasta releases energy slowly and for a long time they do not feel hungry!!!
Coming to recipe!! Ingredients Pasta-100grms or 1 cup onion-finely chopped-1/4cup tomato finely chopped-1/2cup red and yellow bell peppers(capsicum)-1/4 cup also you can use any bell pepper you wish oil-2 tbsp Yellow corn-1/4cup jeera/cumin seeds-1/2tbsp ginger garlic paste-1/4tbsp salt to taste green chili-2 Pepper powder-pinch Method: ![]() Cooking Pasta: To cook pasta take a large bowl and add 3 times to the volume of pasta you have i.e 1 cup of pasta requires 3 cups of water. Add 1/2tbsp of salt and cook till pasta is well cooked. Drain pasta and pour some cold water and keep aside. when the pasta is cooking, you can prepare the curry mean while. For this, take a skillet heat oil and add cumin seeds when they splatter add onion, green chili, corn, capsicum and cook till onion turn transparent. Add ginger garlic paste. Then add tomato and little salt. Cook under medium flame till tomato is completely done. Add pasta and cooked pasta and cook under low flame for 1min and turn off the stove. ![]() Serving tips: You can serve hot by sprinkling some cheese on top or you can sqeeze some lemon drops, sprinkle some chopped cilantro on top and serve or you can even add pudina powder while cooking curry. |

Chicken fry Dry chicken curry Andhra pradesh Style
Andhra Pradesh is one of the state in south India, the hot issue in this region is fight for separate state "Telangana". Considering fight of separate Telangana fight in AP, some readers have commented asking me to post on the name of Telangana Chicken Curry not Andhra. So, I have decided to neither post on Andhra/ Telangana Ill just post Andhra pradesh chicken fry. Few days back when I posted Chicken curry with coconut milk, Ramya requested me the recipe of Andhra chicken fry. Thank you Ramya for asking this delicious recipe. Im a vegetarian but my hubby is big fan of chicken. Every time Ill make chicken curry for him, this time I remembered Ramyas request and made this delicious dry curry for him, he just enjoyed it. The sesame seeds add extra flavor to this dish. Coming to recipe.

Ingredients:
Chicken----------------1/2KG
Whole garam masala spices- clove2, cardamom-2, cinnamon stick-1 inch)
Garlic minced-2 cloves
Sesame seeds-1/2tbsp
2 large onions chopped
Coconut milk-2 tbsp
chopped cilantro (Coriander/ Kothimera)---1 small bunch(20 springs)- washed and chopped
Cumin seeds--------1tbspCumin powder------1tbsp
Coriander powder--1tbsp
Garam masala------1/4tbsp
Dry coconut powder--2tbsp
Turmeric------------1/4tbsp
Salt-----------------To taste
Chili powder------1/2tbsp

Procedure:
1. Take chicken cut it into medium size cubes by removing extra fat and wash it.
2. Take a pan heat it add oil. Add whole garam masala spices and saute till they are done.
3. Add cumin seeds, after they splutter add onions and little bit of salt which aids to cook onions faster.
4. After the onions are half cooked add gingergarlic paste and turmeric and cook it until raw flavor of garlic
5. Add chicken & garlic and cook it untill 80% done by stirring it in constant intervals. Do not cover with lid. Let the water that are naturally present in chicken evaporate.
6. Add sesame seeds (nuvvulu),red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder,Coconut milk, salt, dry coconut powder, curd and garam masala. Mix well and cook it under medium flame.9. After the curry is cooked garnish with ciliantro and serve it...goes well with bagara/ plain rice/chapati.

Brownie Home Style
Ingredients
Butter( thawed)-8tbsp
Chocolate( broken into pieces)-225gms
Eggs-2
Sugar-1/2 cup(+/- according to the sweetness of chocolate used)
Vanilla extract-1tsp
All purpose flour-1/4cup
Method
Grease a baking pan with 1tbsp butter. Melt rest of the butter with the broken chocolate pieces by double boiling method. In a bowl beat eggs, sugar and vanilla extract together with beater until the egg mixture reaches whipped cream consistency. Now add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and beat well. Add flour to this mixture and beat at slow speed until the flour is well absorbed. Pour this brownie mixture into the greased pan. Pre heat oven to 375°, bake the brownie for 30 mins or until done. Slide a toothpick in the center of brownie pan, if the toothpick comes out clean then brownie is done. Allow the brownie to cool for 1 hour and cut into desired shapes.

INGREDIENTS
6 russet potatoes, peeled and chopped into 1” cubes
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
¼ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon freshly-prepared bacon bits
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ cup shredded medium cheddar cheese
METHOD
Add potatoes to a medium pot, cover with cold water. Add a lid to pot and bring to a boil, reduce heat to a gentle boil, setting lid slightly ajar and cook until potatoes are tender for about 15 to 20 minutes. Drain, and add all remaining ingredients, except the cheddar cheese, and smash to desired consistency. Using a spoon, fold in cheddar cheese. ~ Enjoy!
