Raw food recipes! Crushed CA Taters and seed Tuna

So, here is what we had for dinner last night...

This one early start I started preparing a seed loaf morning before... and the is what I did:

I took 1 c flax seeds belonging to 1 c sunflower seeds and finely ground she threw them into a bowl and my dry-ish spices added: 2 tsp cumin, 1 1/2 TL game ragout soup (or 1 / 4 bunch), 1 / 2 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 TL Paprika2 TL hot pepper flakes, some mustard powder (optional) and mixed all together. Ill you, this combination of spices was very tasty and potent warning. Finally I added my liquid ingredients 2-3 tablespoons of Braggs or NAMA shoyu and 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil cold pressed to add then only water until it is Dick but related.

That left dehydrator for 3 to 4 hours, they turned around and let them go for another 2-3 hours (feel it and judge for yourself which you would like to - getting to know your of hydra gate and the temperature it works for consistency). This totals to about 5-8 hours.

Now for the puree of CA-Taters:

I have 3/4-head of cauliflower, like it added pretty gud so it would go into the food processor and about 1/4 kg of cashews. For garlic mashed CA Taters all you have to do is a 1/2 clove of garlic Add. In both cases, have 2-3 teaspoons salt (or to taste) Add. Process of height approx. 7 minutes (stop on the side scoops and cooling the food processor below in to reduce little enzyme loss.) After done looking for creamy potato y can use it in a bowl shovels, add a little Rosemary or whatever (pepper sprinkled I at the top) and serve!

Take the seed bread from the of hydra gate, you place on a sheet of Kale, squeeze some lemon above and voila! Fish dinner!

SANDRA’S ADDICTIVE BAKED STYLE SMASHED TATERS

These smashed potatoes are insanely delicious and a
perfect accompaniment that doesnt require gravy,
although if you so choose they’re fabulous that way too...

Prep:   10 Mins.
Cook:  15 – 20 Mins.
Servings: (8)

INGREDIENTS

6 russet potatoes, peeled and chopped into 1” cubes
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
¼ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon freshly-prepared bacon bits
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ cup shredded medium cheddar cheese

METHOD

Add potatoes to a medium pot, cover with cold water.  Add a lid to pot and bring to a boil, reduce heat to a gentle boil, setting lid slightly ajar and cook until potatoes are tender for about 15 to 20 minutes.  Drain, and add all remaining ingredients, except the cheddar cheese, and smash to desired consistency.  Using a spoon, fold in cheddar cheese. ~ Enjoy!
