Shrimps Chow Mein with Asparagus
Chow mein or literally “fried noodles” . Some shredded vegetables, some protein–either chicken, pork, beef, seafood, or combination and you will have a perfect chow mein that is cheap, filling, and sinfully gratifying.
Ingredients:
Yakisoba noodles
Shrimps or any meat
Carrots
Asparagus
Broccoli
Yellow Zucchini Squash
Garlic
Oil, Sweet soy sauce, Yoshida, Korean teriyaki stir fry sauce

Cut in big chunks noodles put in the strainer and rinse. Pull noodles apart.
Put on oiled hot frying pan. Cook for 5 min on high. Add yoshida,
sweet soy sauce, garlic, salt. Mix, put aside.
Chop asparagus put in a frying pan. Cut carrots add to asparagus.
Cook for 5-7 min.
Add broccoli, zucchini cook for 3 min add Korean teriyaki stir fry sauce and garlic. Add shrimps cook for 2 min.
Add to noodles , mix well. You can sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
