Ragra chana chat
Ingredients
- Chic piece 250 gm soaked overnight with 1 tsp soda
- Onion 1 chopped
- Oil ¼ cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Crushed coriander 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Tomatoes 2
- Green chilies 4
- Coriander leaves half bunch
- Thick imli pulp ½ cup
- Chat masala 1 tsp
- Ingredients for garnish
- Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 2
- Tomato 1 chopped in cubes
- Onion rings
- Papri
Method
- Boil chana with onion chopped, oil, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, coriander, chili powder, boil till really soft, blend together tomatoes, green chilies and coriander leaves add to the tender chana mixture with imli pulp, chat masala, cook for 10 minutes, remove in a serving bowl, garnish with chopped coriander, green chilies, tomatoes and onion rings, serve with papri.
