Fried Halibut Fish Recipe

 Pacific halibut is a firm, dense and sweet white fish that requires little seasoning to enhance its fresh flavor. Pan Fried Halibut...A really quick and easy way to do your fillet of fish. This is a really simple recipe.

Halibut fillets
1-2 eggs add salt
Panko bread crumbs
Salt, pepper, coriander, vegeta optional
Oil for frying

Fluff the eggs. Put salt and spices on each piece of fish. Roll into flour.
Dip into eggs both sides.  
Drench into panko bread crumbs (both sides). 
Fry in oil on med heat. 
Cook until golden brown.
